1- Can I only receive mail through my international mailbox ?

A: Through the different addresses given to you when you sign up for your mailbox, you can receive all kinds of mail and goods allowable by law.

 

2- Is there a limit in regard to the weight or volume of the goods I can receive ?

A: There are no limitations. You can receive anything from a needle to an elephant.

3- Is a security service of some sort given to private mail such as the mail I recive from banking or other financial institutions ?

A: When you sign up for service with an international mailbox, you will automatically be assigned a secure postal mailbox. You can route your confidential mail through that address. Your mail will be handled by our company following strict norms and procedures to guarantee your privacy.

4- How long does it take to receive my mail once it has been received by your offices in Miami ?

A: Once your mail is received at our Miami offices, it is then transported and received in Venezuela by the next day. Only in the event of special circumstances (such as a canceled flight because of a breakdown in an aircraft or a closure of the airport) will there be a longer delay.

5- Is there a limit on the number of users of my mailbox ?

A: There is no limit on the number of users of your Mailbox, provided they have been authorized by you.
